Depressurize and lock out the pneumatic system before cutting or connecting tubing. Use a clean, square tubing cut to ensure a leak-free seal at push-to-connect fittings. Avoid kinking below the minimum bend radius of 0.500 inches, as kinks reduce flow and can weaken the tube wall. Route tubing away from sharp edges, extreme heat sources, and moving parts to prevent abrasion and premature wear.
