The COILHOSE PNEUMATICS ADOT14-100D-B is a single-wall nylon pneumatic tube rated for demanding compressed-air and fluid-transfer applications. It measures 0.170 inches inside diameter and 0.250 inches outside diameter with a 0.040-inch wall thickness, and ships in a 100-foot coil. The tube is rated to a maximum working pressure of 150 psi and handles temperatures from -40 degrees F to 200 degrees F, making it suitable for both cold-weather and high-heat environments. The blue color simplifies line identification in multi-tube installations. This product meets SAE Specification J844 Type A.
This nylon tube is used in pneumatic plumbing systems across a wide range of residential, commercial, and light industrial settings. Typical applications include compressed-air distribution lines, pneumatic tool supply, fluid-transfer circuits, and push-to-connect fittings systems. The 100-foot coil length gives installers and technicians enough run to complete most jobs without splicing. It is commonly installed by HVAC technicians, industrial maintenance crews, and pneumatic system integrators who need a flexible, lightweight tubing solution compatible with standard 1/4-inch tube fittings.
Designed for use with standard 1/4-inch OD pneumatic tube fittings and push-to-connect systems. Meets SAE J844 Type A requirements for nylon pneumatic tubing used in compressed-air and fluid-transfer circuits.
Depressurize and lock out the compressed-air supply before cutting or connecting this tubing. Use a clean, square tube cut with a proper tubing cutter to ensure a leak-free seal at push-to-connect or compression fittings. Route tubing away from sharp edges, excessive heat sources, and surfaces that could abrade the nylon wall over time. Installation should comply with applicable local codes and the equipment manufacturer's specifications for pneumatic line sizing and pressure ratings.
