The COILHOSE PNEUMATICS 8826M is a heavy-duty compressed air filter designed to remove particulate contamination from pneumatic supply lines. Built around a sintered bronze filter element rated at 40 microns, it traps debris before it reaches downstream tools, valves, and actuators. The body is cast aluminum with an aluminum bowl and a 3/4 inch NPT port, making it suitable for higher-flow industrial and commercial pneumatic systems. The 23-ounce bowl provides substantial liquid and particulate collection capacity, and a built-in sight glass lets technicians monitor bowl fill level without removing the unit from service. Installation and servicing is handled by licensed pipefitters, millwrights, or experienced pneumatic system technicians.
The 8826M is suited for use in industrial production environments, maintenance shops, manufacturing lines, and commercial service facilities where clean, dry air is critical to tool longevity and process reliability. Its heavy-duty Series 88 construction handles the demands of continuous-duty compressed air systems. The manual drain design gives technicians direct control over condensate removal, which is appropriate for scheduled maintenance programs. At 9 inches in height, it fits standard filter station mounting configurations and pairs with regulators and lubricators in FRL assemblies.

Installation should be performed by a qualified pipefitter or pneumatic systems technician. Depressurize and lock out the compressed air supply line before installing or servicing this filter. Apply thread sealant to NPT connections per shop or facility standards and verify all joints are leak-free before returning the system to service. Orient the bowl downward as intended for proper condensate collection, and establish a routine drain interval appropriate to the system's moisture load.
