The COILHOSE PNEUMATICS 8806KH is a heavy-duty compressed air regulator built for demanding industrial and commercial pneumatic systems. Featuring a tamper-proof T-handle design, the 8806KH holds pressure settings securely against unauthorized or accidental adjustment — a key requirement in shared-tool environments and production floor applications. The unit accepts supply pressures up to 250 psi and regulates output across a 0 to 200 psi working range, with a maximum flow capacity of 160 CFM. Cast aluminum construction keeps weight down while providing the structural integrity needed for continuous-duty service. A built-in relief function vents downstream pressure when the set point is reduced.
The 8806KH is suited for central compressed air distribution lines, branch takeoffs, and point-of-use regulation in manufacturing, automotive service, and industrial maintenance settings. The 3/4 inch NPT port size accommodates high-volume main-line installations where restricting flow is not acceptable. The 1/4 inch gauge port thread allows a field-installed pressure gauge when local readout is needed, though no gauge is included from the factory. Licensed pipefitters, millwrights, and industrial pneumatic technicians are the typical installing trades for this class of regulator.
Designed as an OEM-style inline regulator for compressed air distribution systems requiring 3/4 inch NPT connections and high-flow capacity in the COILHOSE PNEUMATICS Series 88 product family.
Depressurize and lock out the compressed air supply before installation or service. Install with airflow direction matching the arrow cast into the regulator body. Apply thread sealant rated for compressed air service to all NPT connections — do not over-tighten, as cast aluminum threads can be damaged. Verify downstream system components are rated for the maximum supply pressure before energizing the line.
