The COILHOSE PNEUMATICS 8806GH is a heavy-duty compressed air regulator designed to control and stabilize downstream air pressure in industrial and commercial pneumatic systems. Built from cast aluminum with a T-handle adjustment design, it accepts a maximum supply pressure of 250 psi and delivers a regulated output range of 0 to 200 psi. At 160 CFM maximum airflow, the 8806GH is suited for high-demand applications where consistent pressure control is critical. A pressure gauge is included and a 1/4-inch gauge port thread is integrated into the body. The relief function vents excess downstream pressure automatically, protecting downstream equipment and tooling.
The 8806GH is intended for use in industrial facilities, manufacturing plants, maintenance shops, and heavy-duty compressed air distribution systems. The 3/4-inch NPT port size accommodates high-volume air lines typical of large compressor installations, multi-drop distribution headers, and equipment requiring regulated air at significant flow rates. Installation should be performed by a qualified industrial maintenance technician or licensed pipefitter familiar with compressed air system codes and safe work practices. Before installing or servicing this regulator, isolate and depressurize the upstream air supply completely and verify zero pressure downstream before loosening any fittings. Apply appropriate thread sealant to all NPT connections per the fitting manufacturer's guidance, taking care not to contaminate the internal valve seat. Mount the regulator with the flow arrow aligned to the direction of airflow, and confirm the relief port exhaust is directed away from personnel.
