The COILHOSE PNEUMATICS 8804KL is a heavy-duty compressed air regulator designed for industrial and commercial pneumatic systems. Built from cast aluminum, it accepts a 1/2 inch NPT port connection and handles a maximum supply pressure of 250 psi with an adjustable output range of 0 to 60 psi. The tamper-proof T-handle design locks the pressure setting once established, preventing unauthorized or accidental adjustments in shared-tool or production-floor environments. Maximum airflow capacity is 80 CFM. A built-in relief function protects downstream equipment from overpressure events. This regulator is installed by maintenance technicians, industrial mechanics, and pneumatic system specialists.
The 8804KL is suited for compressed air distribution lines in manufacturing facilities, assembly operations, automotive service shops, and similar environments where regulated, stable air pressure is critical. The 1/2 inch NPT connection accommodates mid- to high-volume air tool headers and distribution manifolds. The Series 88 design supports applications where tamper resistance is required, such as multi-user tool stations or regulated drop lines in production settings. A 1/4 inch gauge port is included for optional pressure monitoring. No modular connection is supported on this unit.

Installation should be performed by a qualified pneumatic technician or industrial mechanic. Depressurize and lock out the air supply line fully before removing any existing regulator or fittings. Apply thread sealant appropriate for compressed air service on all NPT connections. Verify downstream pressure range against connected equipment ratings before restoring supply pressure.
