The COILHOSE PNEUMATICS 8804KH is a heavy-duty tamper-proof compressed air regulator designed for demanding industrial and commercial pneumatic systems. Built around a cast aluminum body, it accepts a 1/2 inch NPT inlet and outlet connection and handles a maximum supply pressure of 250 psi. The adjustable T-handle design allows operators to set output pressure within a 0 to 200 psi range while resisting unauthorized adjustment. An integrated relief function protects downstream equipment when pressure exceeds the set point. Maximum airflow capacity is 80 CFM, making it suitable for high-demand pneumatic circuits. Licensed HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical technicians as well as industrial maintenance personnel are the typical installers.
The 8804KH is suited for compressed air distribution systems in manufacturing facilities, maintenance shops, and commercial mechanical rooms. The 1/2 inch NPT port size fits standard compressed air headers and branch drops commonly found in industrial settings. The tamper-proof T-handle construction is especially useful in shared or public access areas where pressure settings must remain stable between service intervals. A 1/4 inch gauge port is built in, allowing a downstream pressure gauge to be added without additional fittings. The regulator handles compressed air service only.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation regulator for compressed air systems using 1/2 inch NPT connections and operating within the Series 88 product family from COILHOSE PNEUMATICS.
Installation should be performed by a qualified mechanical or pneumatic technician. Depressurize and lock out the compressed air supply before removing any existing regulator or making new connections. Apply thread sealant appropriate for compressed air service to all NPT connections. Verify that inlet supply pressure does not exceed 250 psi and that downstream equipment is rated for the outlet pressure range selected.
