The COILHOSE PNEUMATICS 8804H is a heavy-duty T-handle compressed air regulator designed for industrial and trade pneumatic systems. Built from cast aluminum, it handles a maximum supply pressure of 250 psi and delivers up to 80 CFM of airflow, making it suitable for high-demand applications where consistent downstream pressure control is critical. The 1/2 inch NPT port size accommodates larger-diameter supply lines common in shop and production environments. A built-in relief function vents excess downstream pressure when the set point is reduced, preventing pressure buildup in the downstream circuit. Licensed contractors, maintenance technicians, and industrial pipefitters typically install this regulator as part of a compressed air distribution system.
The 8804H fits into compressed air systems requiring regulated output from 0 to 200 psi with a supply pressure up to 250 psi. It is well-suited for both fixed point-of-use installations and inline placement along pneumatic distribution headers. The 1/4 inch gauge port thread allows a downstream pressure gauge to be added separately if monitoring is required. Installation should be performed by a qualified pipefitter or compressed air systems technician. Depressurize and lock out the compressed air supply before removing any existing components or making new connections. Apply appropriate thread sealant to NPT connections per the fitting manufacturer and applicable facility standards. Do not exceed the rated maximum supply pressure of 250 psi at the inlet.
