The COILHOSE PNEUMATICS 8804G is a heavy-duty T-handle compressed air regulator built for industrial and commercial pneumatic systems. It accepts a 1/2 inch NPT port connection and handles a maximum supply pressure of 250 psi, with an adjustable output range of 0 to 125 psi. The cast aluminum body keeps weight low at 2.33 pounds while delivering the durability required in production, workshop, and jobsite environments. A built-in relief function prevents downstream overpressure, and the included pressure gauge gives technicians an immediate visual read on system output. Licensed mechanical and industrial technicians are the primary installers.
The 8804G is suited for use in compressed air distribution systems in manufacturing facilities, automotive shops, construction sites, and mechanical rooms. It is designed for applications where consistent downstream pressure regulation is critical, such as air tool supply lines, pneumatic control circuits, and spray finishing equipment. The 1/2 inch NPT connection fits standard air supply headers and drop lines common in these environments. Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with compressed air systems and applicable safety codes. Depressurize and lock out the air supply line before installation or removal. Apply thread sealant appropriate for pneumatic service to all NPT connections and verify there are no leaks before returning the system to full operating pressure. Do not exceed the 250 psi maximum supply pressure rating.
