The COILHOSE PNEUMATICS 8802H is a heavy-duty T-handle compressed air regulator designed for precise downstream pressure control in pneumatic systems. Built from cast aluminum, the 8802H handles a maximum supply pressure of 250 psi and delivers a working pressure range of 0 to 200 psi with a maximum air flow of 40 CFM. The 1/4 inch NPT port connections make it a straightforward fit for standard pneumatic lines. A built-in relief function allows excess pressure to vent safely when the set point is adjusted downward. This regulator is installed by industrial maintenance technicians, plumbers, and HVAC or mechanical contractors who need reliable line pressure management in compressed air distribution systems.
The 8802H is suited for use in both light commercial and industrial compressed air applications where consistent output pressure is critical. Its T-handle design provides a secure grip for manual adjustment without additional tools, making it practical for frequent pressure changes on the job. The regulator operates with compressed air as the working fluid and belongs to the Series 88 product line. No pressure gauge is included, but a 1/4 inch gauge port thread is available if a gauge needs to be added downstream. This unit ships individually and carries a minimum order quantity of one.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-fit regulator for 1/4 inch NPT compressed air lines in pneumatic distribution systems requiring pressure regulation up to 250 psi supply.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with compressed air system piping and applicable codes. Depressurize and lock out the air supply line before removing or installing the regulator. Use appropriate thread sealant on NPT connections and verify all fittings are leak-free before returning the system to service. Do not exceed the rated maximum supply pressure of 250 psi.
