The COILHOSE PNEUMATICS 600PV-S is a high volume safety blow gun designed for compressed air cleaning and blowoff tasks in industrial and shop environments. It features a thumb lever actuator, a brass high volume safety nozzle, and a 1/4 NPT inlet for direct connection to standard air lines. The black finish provides enhanced corrosion resistance for demanding shop conditions. The ergonomic redesign reduces operator fatigue during extended use, and the safety nozzle is rated to meet OSHA 1910.242(b) and OSHA 1910.95 standards for dead-end pressure and noise exposure. Operating temperature range is 32 degrees F to 175 degrees F.
The 600PV-S is suited for general-purpose compressed air blowoff in manufacturing facilities, maintenance shops, auto service bays, and industrial workstations. The 1/4 NPT inlet threads directly onto standard shop air fittings and quick-connect bodies. The thumb lever design gives operators precise, one-handed control during part cleaning, chip removal, and surface drying operations. The high volume nozzle delivers strong airflow while remaining compliant with OSHA dead-end pressure and noise regulations, making it appropriate for facilities subject to workplace safety inspections.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement blow gun compatible with standard 1/4 NPT compressed air supply lines and quick-connect fittings common in industrial and shop air systems.
Installation requires shutting off the compressed air supply and bleeding line pressure before connecting or disconnecting the blow gun. A licensed maintenance technician or experienced shop mechanic should verify that the inlet fitting and thread sealant are appropriate for the system operating pressure. Comply with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.242(b) requirements limiting dead-end nozzle pressure to 30 psi or less, which this safety nozzle is designed to satisfy. Inspect the nozzle and body periodically for cracks, corrosion, or debris that could affect performance or safety.
