The COILHOSE PNEUMATICS 27FC4-DGS is a single-piece filter/regulator combination unit designed for compressed air systems requiring inline filtration and pressure regulation in one compact assembly. Built on the Series 27 platform with a cast aluminum body, this FRL unit accepts 1/2 NPT connections and flows up to 127 SCFM at a maximum supply pressure of 250 psi. A 40-micron filter element removes particulates and moisture before air reaches downstream tooling or equipment. The unit ships with a pressure gauge installed and features an automatic drain on the metal bowl, reducing manual maintenance requirements. The 27FC4-DGS is suited for industrial and commercial compressed air distribution lines where a single plumbing point must handle both filtration and regulation.
