Coda Resources 500981 is a Schedule 40 galvanized steel pipe nipple intended for potable water applications. The nipple is hot-dip galvanized per ASTM A153, hydrostatically tested and rated to 230 psi at 400°F. It is certified to NSF 61, compliant with applicable lead-free laws, and listed to UL and FM standards. The component is suitable for residential and light commercial potable water systems and is not for underground use.
