The CLEVELAND C75094 is a 4-flute square end mill manufactured from high-speed steel (HSS), designed for milling operations on steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and high-temperature alloys. With a 0.2362-inch (6.00 mm) cutting diameter and a 5/8-inch (15.88 mm) length of cut, this tool delivers controlled material removal in a compact, regular-length profile. The right-hand cutting and right-hand spiral flute geometry, combined with a 30-degree helix angle, promotes efficient chip evacuation and stable cutting performance. The Weldon flat shank at 0.375 inches (9.52 mm) provides positive drive retention in compatible tool holders. This end mill is used by machinists and toolroom professionals in precision milling applications.
The C75094 is suited for a wide range of ferrous and high-performance alloy machining tasks in both job shop and production environments. Its center-cutting design allows for direct plunge entry as well as conventional peripheral and slot milling. The bright, uncoated finish makes it a practical general-purpose choice where specialty coatings are not required. The regular-length body and single-end configuration make it appropriate for standard vertical and horizontal milling setups where tool stick-out and rigidity are both considerations.
Designed as a general-purpose replacement or working-stock end mill for standard Weldon flat shank tool holders accepting a 0.375-inch shank diameter. Primary workpiece materials include steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and high-temperature alloys per material codes P, M, K, and S. Part of the CLEVELAND HG-4MC series.
Installation should be performed by a qualified machinist following the machine tool manufacturer's tooling and torque specifications for Weldon flat shank holders. Ensure the spindle is fully stopped and the machine is locked out before changing tooling. Confirm shank engagement depth meets the holder's minimum grip requirement before beginning a cut. Do not exceed the tool's rated speed and feed parameters for the workpiece material.
