The CLEVELAND C41691 is a 2-flute high speed steel keyway end mill designed for milling keyway slots and similar finishing operations on metal workpieces. With a 0.75-inch cutting diameter and a 1.3125-inch length of cut, it removes material efficiently while maintaining tight tolerances. The straight shank with Weldon flat provides positive drive and resists pullout in collet or Weldon-style holders. A 30-degree helix angle promotes smooth chip evacuation, and the centercutting geometry allows plunge entry directly into the workpiece without a pre-drilled hole.
This end mill is suited for finishing passes in keyway slot applications on ferrous and non-ferrous metals in both manual and CNC machining environments. The uncoated high speed steel construction makes it a practical choice for shops that resharpen tooling in-house.
