The CLEVELAND C39715 is a single-end square end mill designed for material removal and profiling operations on milling machines and CNC machining centers. It measures 0.625 inches in cutting diameter with a 1.625-inch length of cut, a 0.625-inch straight shank, and a 3.25-inch overall length. Manufactured from high speed steel with a TiCN (titanium carbonitride) coating, this three-flute tool is part of the HG-3 series. The TiCN finish increases surface hardness and wear resistance compared to uncoated HSS, extending tool life in abrasive and interrupted-cut applications. The centercutting geometry allows plunge entry directly into workpiece material.

This end mill is suited for milling cast iron, non-ferrous metals, and steel in both conventional and climb-milling operations.
