The CLEVELAND C39625 is a double-end, three-flute square end mill designed for precision milling in metal removal applications across HVAC fabrication, mechanical contracting, and light manufacturing shops. Machined from high speed steel with a titanium carbonitride (TiCN) coating, this tool delivers improved wear resistance and surface hardness compared to uncoated HSS tooling. The mill measures 0.375 inches in diameter with a 0.75-inch length of cut and a 3.5-inch overall length. The 30-degree spiral flute geometry promotes efficient chip evacuation and smooth cutting action. Right-hand cut and right-hand flute configuration match standard milling machine spindle rotation.

This end mill is suited for milling cast iron, non-ferrous metals, and steel in both production and maintenance machining environments. The double-end design extends tool life by offering two usable cutting ends per tool.
