The CLEVELAND C39107 is a two-flute, square-end, single-end mill ground from high speed steel and finished with a titanium carbonitride (TiCN) coating. It carries a 0.1875-inch cutting diameter, a 1.25-inch length of cut, and a 0.375-inch straight-cylindrical shank with a Weldon flat. Overall length is 3.0625 inches, placing it in the long-length HG-2 series. The 30-degree right-hand spiral flute geometry promotes efficient chip evacuation while the TiCN finish adds surface hardness and reduces built-up edge. Licensed machinists, toolroom operators, and CNC setup techs are the primary users of this tool.

The C39107 is suited for milling operations on cast iron, non-ferrous metals, and steel in both manual and CNC milling machines.
