The CLEVELAND C39080 is a high speed steel square end mill designed for material removal in ferrous and non-ferrous machining applications. Built to Series HG-2 long-length specifications, it features a 0.25 inch mill diameter, a 1.25 inch length of cut, and a 3.0625 inch overall length. The TiN (titanium nitride) finish improves surface hardness and wear resistance, extending tool life in production environments. The two-flute, spiral geometry with a 30-degree helix angle promotes chip evacuation and reduces heat buildup. This is a centercutting tool, enabling plunge cuts as well as conventional peripheral milling.

The C39080 is suited for machining cast iron, non-ferrous metals, and steel in both manual and CNC milling setups. The long length of cut makes it practical for deeper cavity work and extended-reach operations where a standard-length end mill cannot reach.
