The CLEVELAND C38900 is a 2-flute, single-end square end mill machined from high speed steel with a titanium carbonitride (TiCN) finish. It carries a 13/16-inch (0.8125-inch) cutting diameter, a 1-1/2-inch length of cut, a 5/8-inch straight cylindrical shank with Weldon flat, and a 4-inch overall length. The 30-degree spiral flute geometry and right-hand cut with right-hand flute direction make it a general-purpose milling tool suited for face milling, slotting, and peripheral cuts.
