Built from High Speed Steel (HSS) with a Titanium Nitride (TiN) finish, it offers improved surface hardness and wear resistance over uncoated HSS tooling. The cutter measures 0.875 inches in diameter with a 1.5625-inch length of cut and a 6.125-inch overall length. Its 30-degree helix spiral flute geometry promotes efficient chip evacuation during slotting, profiling, and peripheral milling operations. This tool is installed and changed out by machinists and CNC operators working in job shops, tool rooms, and production machining cells.
