Manufactured from high speed steel with a TiCN (titanium carbonitride) finish, it delivers improved wear resistance and surface hardness compared to uncoated HSS tooling. The 13/32 inch (0.4063 inch) cutting diameter is paired with an extra-long 2-3/4 inch length of cut and a 4-1/2 inch overall length, making it well-suited for deep-pocket milling and slotting operations where standard-length end mills cannot reach. The 3/8 inch straight cylindrical shank with Weldon flat accepts standard end mill holders and collet chucks. This tool is installed and operated by machinists and CNC tooling technicians.

The C33464 is rated for primary workpiece materials including cast iron, non-ferrous metals, and steel. The 30-degree right-hand spiral flute geometry promotes efficient chip evacuation in these materials.
