The CLEVELAND C33116 is a double-end square end mill designed for metal-cutting operations in machining centers and manual mills. Built from high speed steel with a titanium carbonitride (TiCN) finish, it delivers extended tool life in abrasive cutting conditions. The mill measures 0.375 inches in diameter with a 0.750-inch length of cut, a 0.375-inch straight-cylindrical shank compatible with Weldon flat holders, and a 3.5-inch overall length. Four spiral flutes with a 30-degree helix angle provide efficient chip evacuation and smooth cutting action. The double-end design extends usable tool life between regrinds. This tool is installed by machinists and CNC operators in production and job-shop environments.

The C33116 is suited for milling cast iron, non-ferrous metals, and steel in a regular-length configuration. Its centercutting geometry allows for plunge operations as well as conventional profiling and slotting.
