The CLEVELAND C32542 is a 2-flute cobalt square end mill designed for high-performance metal removal in demanding machining applications. Built from M42 cobalt high-speed steel and finished with a TiCN (Titanium Carbonitride) coating, it delivers extended tool life and improved heat resistance compared to standard HSS tooling. The 3/8 inch cutting diameter, 9/16 inch length of cut, and 30-degree helix angle combine to produce efficient chip evacuation and a stable cut. Centercutting geometry allows the tool to plunge directly into a workpiece. This end mill is sized for use in manual mills, CNC machining centers, and knee mills found in job shops and production environments.
