The CLEVELAND C32248 is a square end mill designed for precision milling operations in ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It features a 0.5 inch cutting diameter, a 1.25 inch length of cut, and a 3.25 inch overall length, making it well-suited for slotting, profiling, and peripheral milling. The tool is manufactured from powdered metal, which provides a finer grain structure and greater wear resistance compared to standard high-speed steel. A titanium carbonitride (TiCN) coating adds surface hardness and reduces friction at the cutting edge, extending tool life in abrasive cutting conditions.
