The CLEVELAND C32001 is a square end mill engineered for demanding metal removal applications across a wide range of workpiece materials. Built from M42 powdered metal with a TiCN finish, this 4-flute, single-end tool delivers increased wear resistance and heat tolerance compared to standard high-speed steel. The cutter measures 0.625 inches in diameter with a 1.625-inch length of cut and a 3.75-inch overall length. The 37-degree spiral helix and right-hand cut geometry promote efficient chip evacuation and smooth surface finishes. Centercutting capability allows direct plunge entry into workpieces without pre-drilling.

The C32001 is suited for milling steel, stainless steel, cast iron, nonferrous alloys, and high-temperature alloys. Its PM-4 series designation places it in Cleveland's powdered metal lineup, which is targeted at shops and field machinists running production or toolroom work on CNC mills and manual knee mills.
