The CLEVELAND C16703 is a cobalt jobber-length drill bit designed for high-performance drilling in hard and abrasive materials. Built from M42 cobalt high-speed steel and finished with a titanium nitride (TiN) coating, this bit delivers extended tool life and reduced heat buildup during aggressive drilling operations. The 135-degree split point geometry allows the bit to self-center on contact, eliminating the need for a center punch in most applications. With a parabolic flute design, chip evacuation is fast and efficient, reducing recutting and tool wear in deeper holes.
