The 135-degree split point starts on contact without a center punch, reducing walking and improving hole accuracy. At 2.402 inches overall length with a 1.299-inch flute, this bit fits standard drill chucks and magnetic drill presses used in fabrication, maintenance, and industrial service work. A licensed machinist or skilled tradesperson is the primary installer.
