The CLEVELAND C14821 is a screw machine length cobalt drill bit designed for high-production drilling in tough materials. Built to ASME B94.11M and DIN 1897 standards, this M42 cobalt bit measures 0.1181 inches in diameter with a 135-degree split point that reduces walking and improves centering on entry. The web-thinned, split point geometry lowers thrust requirements and extends tool life in demanding applications. At 1.811 inches overall length, the stub-length body increases rigidity and reduces deflection compared to jobber-length bits. Right-hand cut with a regular spiral and 2-flute configuration, it suits machinists, tool-and-die workers, and maintenance technicians working on tight-tolerance drilling tasks.
