The 135-degree split point reduces walking and lowers thrust force at the start of a cut. The parabolic flute profile clears chips efficiently during deep-hole drilling. At 2.75 inches overall length with a 1.625-inch flute length, this is a standard jobber-length format suitable for hand-held and machine-mounted drilling operations performed by machinists and maintenance technicians.
