The CLEERLINE TECHNOLOGY GROUP 3dom3lclc01m is a pre-terminated LC-to-LC duplex multimode fiber optic patch cord built on OM3-rated multimode fiber with a 3.0mm riser-rated jacket. At 3.3 feet in length, it is designed for short-run structured cabling connections inside equipment racks, patch panels, and telecommunications rooms. The OM3 fiber construction resists electromagnetic interference and radio frequency interference, making it well-suited for high-density data, audio, and video installations where copper cabling presents EMI or RFI concerns. Licensed electricians, low-voltage technicians, and data cabling contractors are the typical installers.
This patch cord is appropriate for use in commercial and residential structured cabling systems where OM3 multimode fiber is specified. It fits data center interconnects, telecommunications closets, and AV distribution racks. The riser-rated jacket meets plenum-adjacent fire safety requirements in vertical runs between floors, and the pre-terminated LC connectors eliminate on-site termination time. The duplex configuration supports bidirectional transceiver connections found in common SFP and SFP-plus switch ports, media converters, and fiber-to-the-desk runs.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or standard patch cord for OM3 multimode fiber optic installations using LC duplex connector interfaces.
Installation is performed by low-voltage cabling technicians or licensed electricians working to TIA-568 and applicable NEC standards for fiber optic cabling. Power down active transceivers and ports before connecting or disconnecting patch cords to avoid damage to fiber end faces. Clean LC connector end faces with an approved fiber optic cleaning tool before insertion. Do not exceed the minimum bend radius of the cable during routing to avoid signal loss.
