The CLECO CLBP04Q is an 18-volt cordless pistol grip screwdriver built for production and assembly environments where consistent torque control and cycle reliability are critical. Part of the CellClutch series, it delivers a no-load speed of 1700 RPM through a single-speed trigger throttle and uses a shut-off clutch to stop drive at the set torque threshold, protecting fasteners and assemblies from overrun. The 1/4-inch quick-change bit holder supports rapid bit swaps without tools. At 2.7 pounds, it is sized for repetitive overhead and inline fastening tasks. A licensed HVAC, electrical, or mechanical assembly technician is the typical installer of record for this class of tool.
The CLBP04Q is suited for light manufacturing, panel assembly, equipment installation, and field service work where repeatable torque shutoff matters. It operates on an 18-volt lithium-ion platform and accepts the Milwaukee M18 Red Lithium battery, allowing technicians already running Milwaukee 18V cordless platforms to use existing battery inventory without carrying a separate pack. The tool ships without a battery. Replacement charger part number is T50-1000499. Both clockwise and counterclockwise drive directions are supported, making it practical for installation and removal tasks on the same tool.
Designed for use with Milwaukee M18 Red Lithium 18-volt lithium-ion batteries. Replacement charger part number T50-1000499 is compatible with this tool. No battery is included with the unit.
This tool is intended for use by trained technicians and assembly professionals familiar with torque-critical fastening applications. Before adjusting the clutch setting or changing bits, release the trigger and confirm the battery is removed or the tool is in a safe state. Set clutch torque to match fastener and material specifications before beginning a production run. Follow applicable workplace safety codes and manufacturer torque guidelines for the assemblies being fastened.
