The CLE-LINE C66009 is a cobalt jobber-length drill bit designed for general-purpose drilling in hard and abrasive materials. It measures 3/16 inches in diameter with an overall length of 3.5 inches and a flute length of 2-5/16 inches. The 135-degree split point reduces walking and allows drilling to begin without a center punch. A titanium nitride (TiN) coating increases surface hardness and extends tool life in demanding applications. The straight cylindrical shank fits standard drill chucks. This bit is suited for machinists, fabricators, maintenance technicians, and HVAC or plumbing trades cutting through structural metals.

The C66009 is used in production and maintenance drilling applications where hardened or tough base materials are involved.
