The CLE-LINE C30514 is a cobalt mechanics drill bit engineered for left-hand cutting in demanding applications. It features a 135-degree split point with web thinning that reduces walking and allows the bit to start drilling without a center punch. The gold finish serves as a heat indicator and corrosion barrier. At 7/32 inch (0.2188 inch decimal) in diameter and 3-1/8 inches overall length, this bit is built to handle tough workpiece materials including superalloys and titanium. It conforms to ASME B94.11M standards. Licensed tradespeople and machinists select this type of bit when extracting broken fasteners or drilling in reverse-thread applications.
