The CHEMTRONICS CW2200MTP is a liquid conductive pen used for electronics repair, circuit board maintenance, and EMI shielding applications. Dispensing a conductive liquid ink, it allows technicians to repair broken PCB traces, create smooth jumper connections, link components, and apply conductive coatings without soldering. The pen holds 8.5 grams (0.30 oz net fill) of flammable liquid with a flash point of 57.20 degrees F (14.00 degrees C), making proper storage and handling essential. It is rated for use up to 400 degrees F. Installed by electronics technicians, field service engineers, and bench repair professionals working on control boards, sensors, and other low-voltage assemblies.
This conductive pen is suited for both bench and field use where trace damage, cold solder joints, or broken conductive paths need a fast, no-reflow repair. Typical applications include repairing PCB traces, linking surface-mount components, making jumper connections, and shielding electronics from electromagnetic interference. The pen format gives controlled, precise dispensing on tight board layouts without the mess of bulk conductive adhesives. It is not rated for use on plastic substrates.
Designed for use on electronics, circuit boards, and conductive surfaces requiring trace repair or shielding. Not compatible with plastic substrates.
This product is handled by electronics technicians and bench repair professionals. Because the liquid has a flash point of 57.20 degrees F, it is classified as flammable — keep away from open flames, sparks, and heat sources during use and storage. Power down and de-energize all equipment before applying the conductive ink to any circuit board or assembly. Allow the ink to cure fully before restoring power to the repaired assembly.
