The CHARLOTTE PIPE S/M06004P0600 is a 4-inch diameter, 10-foot length SDR 35 PVC sewer pipe with a perforated solid wall construction. It is designed for non-pressure sewer main applications where drainage and infiltration are required, such as leach fields, French drains, and subsurface drainage systems. The pipe features a bell end for solvent weld joining and meets ASTM D-3034 standards. The green color provides quick field identification as SDR 35 material. Licensed plumbers and drainage contractors handle installation in residential and light commercial drain, waste, and vent or subsurface drainage systems.
This perforated SDR 35 pipe is suited for below-grade, gravity-flow installations where soil drainage or effluent dispersal is required. Typical applications include septic leach fields, storm drainage, foundation perimeter drainage, and irrigation drainage runs. It is not rated for pressure service. The ASTM D-3034 compliance makes it appropriate for municipal and private sewer lateral and main drain work where that standard is specified. Each package contains 5 pieces.
Designed as an SDR 35 perforated sewer pipe for use with standard 4-inch SDR 35 PVC solvent weld fittings and couplings in non-pressure gravity drain and subsurface drainage applications per ASTM D-3034.
Installation is performed by licensed plumbers or drainage contractors in accordance with local plumbing codes and the International Plumbing Code. Solvent weld joints require the appropriate PVC primer and cement rated for SDR 35 pipe; allow full cure time before backfilling. Confirm that the trench bedding and cover material meet local specifications to prevent pipe deflection. This pipe is not rated for pressure service and must not be used in pressure water or pressurized gas lines.
