The foam core construction reduces overall pipe weight while maintaining the structural integrity required by Schedule 40 standards. At 20 feet per length, this pipe is well suited for residential and light commercial drainage rough-in work. It meets ASTM F-891 and NSF Standard 14, two benchmarks that inspectors and AHJs routinely check on DWV installations.
