The CHARLOTTE PIPE FOUNDRY CO. PVC 00329 0600HA is a PVC closet bend designed to connect a toilet flange to the drain line in residential and light commercial drain, waste, and vent (DWV) systems. This fitting transitions from a 4-inch hub inlet to a 3-inch hub outlet, accommodating the standard offset between a toilet flange and the building drain. The hub-by-hub connection accepts solvent-cemented PVC pipe on both ends. Licensed plumbers install this fitting during rough-in as part of the below-floor waste system.

This closet bend is used in new construction and remodel plumbing where the toilet drain requires a directional change between the closet flange and the horizontal drain run. The 4-inch inlet accepts standard closet flange pipe, while the 3-inch outlet ties into the main DWV branch line.
