It is designed to create a branch connection off a main drain line in a non-pressure drain, waste, and vent (DWV) piping system. The fitting is molded from black ABS material and is intended for standard residential and light commercial drainage applications. Licensed plumbers and pipe fitters are the primary installers. The tee's sanitary sweep pattern promotes proper drainage flow direction and reduces the risk of solids buildup at the branch junction.
