The CHAPIN 63950 is a 4-gallon mix-on-exit backpack sprayer designed for professional-grade application of fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides in lawn, garden, and agricultural settings. It uses a dual-tank system that keeps concentrate and water separate, mixing them automatically at the point of spray. A dial controls concentrate flow rate for precise ratio adjustment. The hand-pump pressurization system reaches up to 60 psi, delivering spray coverage up to 25 feet. Three included nozzles offer cone and fan spray patterns, giving applicators flexibility across different treatment scenarios. The wand and tank are polyethylene construction, with reinforced PVC hose and Viton gaskets for chemical compatibility.
This sprayer is suited for turf care professionals, agricultural operators, nursery workers, and experienced DIYers who treat multiple zones or switch between chemical applications in a single session. The mix-on-exit system allows swapping concentrate tanks between applications without draining, cleaning, or reconfiguring the main tank. This makes it practical for properties or operations where multiple chemical products are applied in sequence. The 6-inch fill opening simplifies refilling, and the in-tank filter helps prevent nozzle clogging during extended use.
Designed for use with non-foam liquid fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides in residential lawn care, garden maintenance, and agricultural applications.
This sprayer is operated and serviced by landscape professionals, turf care technicians, and agricultural applicators. Before filling, verify that all seals, gaskets, and fittings are properly seated and free of damage. Always relieve tank pressure before opening the fill cap or performing any maintenance. Follow all applicable local, state, and federal regulations regarding pesticide and herbicide application, including required licensing where mandated.
