    Not great product or service

    I received a part that was a return and missing parts. It was not packaged correctly either and was jared around inside of the box. This was not a small item, it was a duel shaft ECM motor. The company reached out to try to file a shipping damage claim. There was no error on the shipping company’s end. I notified them of that and have not heard anything in two days. Communication and customer service is terrible. I’m still trying to rectify my situation and am feeling like I may be stuck with a subpar part that’s missing instructions, parts and may not even work because of being damaged due to not being packaged properly. I would look elsewhere for your replacement parts.
