The Cementex IHK-516 is a high voltage double-insulated 5/16" T-Handle Hex Wrench tested to 10,000 volts and rated for use up to 1000 volts AC and 1500 volts DC. Constructed from high-torque steel, it features a six-inch insulated high-visibility orange handle with cushion grip. Complies with IEC 60900 and ASTM F1505 standards.
