The CEJN 19-902-9201-NPT is a steel pneumatic manifold designed to distribute compressed air from a single inlet source to outlet connections in a controlled, organized plumbing arrangement. Built with NPT threading and rated for a maximum working pressure of 230 psi, this manifold handles the demands of industrial and trade air supply systems. It features a 1/2 inch inlet port and a 1/4 inch outlet port, with an overall length of 3 inches, a width of 2.28 inches, and a height of 2.7 inches. The zinc and steel construction provides corrosion resistance and mechanical durability. Licensed pipe fitters, pneumatic system technicians, and industrial maintenance professionals are the primary installers of this component.
This manifold is suited for compressed air distribution in light industrial, workshop, and mechanical room environments where a single-inlet, single-outlet NPT manifold is required. The European High Flow interchange coupler type makes it compatible with European-style quick-connect pneumatic systems. With an outlet center-to-center distance of 2.22 inches and a mounting hole diameter of 0.245 inches, it fits standard panel and bracket mounting configurations. It operates across a temperature range of -4 degrees F to 212 degrees F, making it appropriate for both cold storage and standard indoor industrial environments.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation manifold for compressed air systems using NPT fittings and European High Flow interchange couplers in industrial and mechanical environments.
Installation should be performed by a qualified pipe fitter or pneumatic systems technician. Depressurize and isolate the compressed air supply completely before removing or installing any manifold or fitting. Apply appropriate thread sealant to NPT connections in accordance with applicable mechanical codes. Verify that system operating pressure does not exceed the 230 psi rated maximum before returning the system to service.
