The CEJN 19-902-9102-NPT is a steel pneumatic manifold designed to split a single compressed air supply line into two outlet circuits. It features a 1/2 inch NPT inlet port and two 1/4 inch NPT outlet ports, allowing a single upstream air source to feed two downstream tools or devices simultaneously. Rated to a maximum working pressure of 230 psi, it is built for industrial-grade pneumatic systems. The manifold is constructed from steel with a zinc finish for corrosion resistance. Licensed HVAC technicians, pipefitters, and industrial maintenance mechanics install this type of fitting in compressed air distribution systems where multiple branch lines are needed from one supply point.
This manifold is suited for light industrial and commercial compressed air systems operating within a temperature range of -4 degrees F to 212 degrees F. Its compact footprint — 4.4 inches in overall length, 2.28 inches in width, and 2.7 inches in height — makes it practical in tight panel or equipment enclosures. The outlet center-to-center spacing of 2.87 inches allows standard pneumatic quick-connect couplers or fittings to be installed without crowding. It accepts NPT threaded connections throughout and is compatible with industrial interchange-style couplers.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement manifold for industrial pneumatic distribution systems using NPT threaded connections and industrial interchange coupler fittings.
Installation should be performed by a qualified pipefitter or maintenance mechanic familiar with compressed air systems. Depressurize and lock out the upstream air supply before threading any connections. Apply appropriate thread sealant or PTFE tape to all NPT connections — do not overtighten, as steel NPT threads can crack fittings if forced. Verify all outlet connections are leak-tested at operating pressure before returning the system to service.
