The CDI TORQUE 600T-I is a factory pre-set, single-setting torque wrench built for production lines and repetitive fastening operations where a fixed torque value must be hit consistently on every cycle. Covering a torque range of 120 to 600 foot-pounds, it delivers an audible click and a felt impulse signal when the set torque is reached. Accuracy is rated at plus or minus 4 percent of indicated value, measured in the direction of applied torque, from 20 percent to 100 percent of full scale. The wrench is factory calibrated and ships with a Certificate of Calibration. Overall length is 55 inches.
This wrench is intended for industrial production line environments and heavy-duty assembly applications where a specific torque must be repeated across large volumes of fasteners. It is also suited for maintenance and overhaul operations requiring consistent, verifiable torque output in the 120 to 600 foot-pound range. A licensed technician or trained assembly operator typically installs or deploys this tool. The customer must specify the desired torque setting at the time the order is placed, as the wrench is pre-set at the factory to that specified value.
Designed for use with universal round shank interchangeable heads; suitable for production line and heavy-duty assembly applications requiring a fixed torque in the 120 to 600 foot-pound range.
This torque wrench should be deployed by a trained assembly technician or maintenance professional familiar with torque specifications and fastener requirements. Before use, confirm the factory-set torque value matches the application requirement, as the setting is tamper-proof and not field-adjustable. Store the wrench at its lowest torque setting when not in use to preserve the internal spring mechanism. Periodic recalibration per the manufacturer schedule and applicable ASME standards is recommended to maintain accuracy.
