The CDI TORQUE 200T-I is a single-setting click torque wrench engineered for production line work and high-volume repetitive fastening applications. It covers a torque range of 40 to 200 foot-pounds and features an audible click with a felt impulse signal to confirm that the preset torque value has been reached. The wrench is factory pre-set to a customer-specified torque value and ships with a Certificate of Calibration. Accuracy is rated at plus or minus 4 percent of indicated value from 20 percent to 100 percent of full scale, in the direction of the torque indicator. A tamper-proof mechanism locks the torque setting, preventing field adjustment on the production floor. Overall length is approximately 23.5 inches.
This wrench is built for assembly technicians, maintenance mechanics, and production line operators who require consistent, verified torque output on every cycle. It is well-suited for industrial manufacturing environments, automotive assembly, heavy equipment maintenance, and any application where a specific torque must be applied repeatedly without operator adjustment. The 200T-I accepts universal round shank interchangeable heads, making it adaptable across a range of drive and fastener configurations. A non-slip cushion grip reduces operator fatigue during extended use. Customers must specify the desired torque setting at the time the order is placed, as the wrench arrives preset from the factory.
Designed for use with universal round shank interchangeable heads. Confirm head compatibility and drive size with the manufacturer before installation. Specific torque setting must be provided at time of order.
This torque wrench should be installed into a production or maintenance workflow by a qualified mechanic or assembly technician familiar with torque tool calibration requirements. Do not attempt to alter the factory-set torque value — the tamper-proof mechanism is not field-serviceable without returning the tool for recalibration. Store the wrench in its protective case when not in use to maintain calibration integrity. Periodic recalibration is recommended per applicable workplace and quality standards.
