The CATAMOUNT SRPE-375-9-C is a polyethylene spiral wrap designed to bundle, protect, and organize wire and cable harnesses in electrical, HVAC, and industrial installations. It features a 0.375 inch outer diameter with a 0.052 inch wall thickness and a 0.438 inch pitch. The natural-color polyethylene construction carries a UL 94-HB flammability rating. Each reel provides 100 feet of wrap, giving installers ample material for routing multiple cable runs. The spiral design allows the wrap to be applied over existing wires without disconnecting terminations, making it practical for retrofits and new work alike. Licensed electricians and panel technicians are the typical installers.
This spiral wrap is suited for bundling wire and cable harnesses in residential and commercial electrical panels, control cabinets, HVAC equipment wiring, and conduit transition points. It accommodates bundle outer diameters from 0.313 inch minimum up to 3 inches maximum, covering a wide range of wire bundle sizes. Installers can apply the wrap with gaps between coils for increased flexibility and easier future access, or butt the coils together for maximum abrasion resistance, insulation, and rigidity. This versatility makes it useful across panel wiring, cable management trays, and equipment wire dressing applications.
Designed as a general-purpose spiral wrap for wire and cable bundling applications in electrical, control, and HVAC wiring environments where bundle outer diameters range from 0.313 inch to 3 inches.
This product is typically installed by licensed electricians or qualified HVAC and controls technicians. De-energize all circuits and follow NFPA 70 (NEC) lockout/tagout procedures before dressing or reorganizing any wiring. The spiral wrap can be applied by hand without specialized tools; no heat, adhesive, or cutting tools are required for standard installation. When routing through enclosures, ensure wrap material does not obstruct ventilation openings or contact sharp panel edges.
