    Disappointed

    Purchased a new thermostat through Voomi. It is a small device but they charged $17+ to ship it. It took 5 days to get it. Turns out I ordered the wrong thermostat. I had to send back at the same shipping cost and also pay a 20% restocking fee for a tiny little device. I lost half my money on the shipping and restocking fees. I was planning on buying the proper thermostat from Voomi but will now just go to Amazon. These were nonsense over charging that do not make a client want to repeat business. I will not buy from Voomi again.
