The part I received is not the same part what I ordered. I ordred for
Carrier KR51BE812 which is difficult to find and that's why I paid $400 but I received BK65X1.
The BK65X1 is not what I was looking for and besides its available everywhere between $50 and $120.
The part that was advertised on the Website link said Carrier KR51BE812 was black in color but what I received was a Pulley made by Maurey and was Gray in color.
You should be upfront about what you are selling. Not disclosing all the Part infromation is not a good business practice and will cause grievances to your customers.
I have requested for a return of the product.
