The CARRIER 40mbcaq36xa3 is a 3-ton in-ceiling cassette fan coil unit rated at 36,000 BTU/h for both cooling and heating, designed for use with a matched R-410A ductless heat pump system. Operating on 208-230 VAC single-phase 60 Hz power, it connects to the outdoor condensing unit via refrigerant tubing and low-voltage wiring only — no ductwork required. The PSC blower motor runs at up to four speeds and delivers between 753 and 1,041 CFM in cooling mode and 1,176 CFM in heating mode.
